Our conditions and terms...

Only reservations made in writing (fax/e-mail/post) are considered valid. In the case of a discrepancy in the prices shown on the reservation confirmation, the valid price is always that shown on the price list.

Only cancellations made in writing (fax/e-mail/post) are considered valid. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will also receive a confirmation of the cancellation from the hotel.
The case of holiday cancellation the International Hotel Contract Conditions apply. (Bestimmungen der internationalen Hotelvertragsbedingungen)
Should the stay be cancelled without sufficient previous warning (unless the room can be allocated to another guest) or should you be forced to depart before the scheduled end of your stay we will be forced to charge the price for the full length of the stay booked.
No refund is available on Package weeks (package) in the case of a late arrival or early departure. In the case of guests not arriving at all we will charge the price a 3-day stay (price dependent on room type and season) to the credit card number given.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We offer our own holiday cancellation insurance policy to ensure that no unnecessary costs arise should you be forced to cancel you holiday due to unforeseeable circumstances such as illness, death or sudden loss of employment. Specific room numbers
We are unfortunately not able to guarantee requests for specific room numbers or floors.

Should a room be specifically requested by more than one guest, the earliest booking will be given priority. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We receive a large number of early bookings and are therefore occasionally forced to change certain dates. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Children and senior citizens are excepted from the winter Package offers (package) since they receive ski passes at a reduced price.

All guests booking stays only including accommodation and breakfast are entitled to a discount of 10 per guest per day. Booking without board: discount of 14.50 per person per day.

Short Stay Supplement
An additional 10% supplement is charged for stays shorter than 3 nights.

New Year's Eve supplement
40 per person

We ask you to arrange your arrival and departure to coincide with a weekend.Flexible arrival days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The rooms are available from 3 p.m. If you are planning on arriving after 6 p.m. we would ask you to inform us by fax, email or telephone. The rooms must be cleared by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pets are permitted (extra charge: 15 per day not including pet food). Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining and wellness areas.
