| Departure: |
| Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 am on day of departure. |
| Allergies: |
| All rooms, apartments and suites are furnished with solid wood furniture, well suited for every type of allergy. |
| Booking conditions: |
| In case of cancellation, the International Hotel Regulations apply. In case of late arrival or early departure, the day price (minus breakfast and dinner, € 20. per person) in the booked category will be invoiced. For reservations during Package Weeks, no refunds in case of late arrival or early departure. |
| Single occupancy of double room or apartmen: |
| price reduction of € 20. per day. |
| Dogs: |
| € 15.- per day, without food. Dogs not permitted in wellness zone or restaurant. |
| Children’s reductions: |
| In family rooms with one bathroom, the 3rd and 4th person receive a price reduction of 20% from rack rate (if room occupied by 4 persons). In family rooms with two baths, the price for Double Room Deluxe is invoiced for all 4 persons. In case of occupancy by only two or three persons, the full price (inc. meals) is invoiced for three persons in all family rooms. |
| Short stay surcharge: |
For stays of three days and less, a surcharge of 10% is invoiced.

| Non-smokers: |
| For your well being, there is no smoking in the dining room. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony and at the hotel bar in the fireplace salon. |
